Refund & Cancellation Policy

My standard turnaround time is 48 hours (2 Business Days).

• BRU Design Store is closed on weekends and public holidays.

• Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.

We understand that business plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, the following rules apply:

• Prior to Delivery: If you cancel your order after payment but before the files have been sent to you, you are eligible for a 50% refund. The retained portion covers non-refundable payment processor charges and administrative costs.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the files have been delivered.

• No Refunds on Delivered Goods: Once the WeTransfer link has been sent, we cannot offer a refund.

• Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply decide you prefer a different logo icon after purchase. This policy prevents misuse of our exclusive design inventory.

• Typos: If you made a spelling error on your order form, please contact us immediately. We are happy to fix small typos free of charge.

• Font Changes: You may revert to the default font free of charge if you dislike your chosen “Font Swap.” However, repeated or complex changes will require purchasing a larger design package.

• No Draft Reviews: To keep our prices affordable and turnaround times fast, we do not send drafts for approval. The files sent to you are final. If you require a collaborative design process with reviews, please contact us for a Custom Design quote.

We retain backups of client work.

• Standard Availability: Your WeTransfer download link is valid for a limited time.

• Long-Term Recovery: If you lose your files and need them resent after 1 month, we can retrieve them from our archives for a small administrative fee.
